Arrived 3 weeks late after being promised for Valentines day. Charged £8 postage for an item the size and weight of a credit card and then had the nerve to ask for a tip at check out...will never use them again and I advise you not to either. The worst company I have dealt with in years.

I ordered birthday banners for my wifes birthday party ..they never arrived.. when I contacted them RUDE AND ARRAGANT no refunds and they then said stop harassing us ..I never got a refund ...please please avoid like the plague £34 i spent ..trading standards involved

After trying to cancel my order I was told I’d be charged £9!!!
To be honest I think it’s a scam they have no intention of suppling anything!!!
If they can scam £9 per customer why would they bother!!!!

Poor service
Poor service. My son has ordered his valentines gift weeks ago for his girlfriend and it’s Valentines’ day tomorrow.
They have my money and the date of shipping to me has well exceeded. An email sent to me days ago telling me it’s on its way, to never arrive. Along side the £30. If this does not arrive; I will never order from this company again.
It feels like theft.

Ordered 1 personalised item two weeks ago and still have yet to receive anything when I ordered, it said order now to receive before Christmas but it’s not looking likely got an email to say they dispatched it 3 days ago but they didn’t provide me with a tracking number to track my order so I don’t even believe it’s been dispatched and if it has I’ll most likely miss the delivery anyway with no idea when it could arrive!! I will never use this site again or recommend to anyone could’ve made the item quicker myself, customer service also next to none!

Negative 5 stars ruined chrismas for my friends
If i could leave -5 stars i would ordered a hamper for a christmas gift which was supposed to arrive yesterday which i needed today to give to the person as its only time i will see them before xmas, rang 2 days ago too find out where the hamper was as needed it badly and even said i would drive to Lincoln where they are based to collect if it helped them they told me they would look into this and get back to me no call no email nothing ended up yesterday having to buy and make one last minute to give to my friends still today the website says in production website lies when it says delivered in time for chrismas and why say a delivery date if you can't keep to this even with covid about either adapt the delivery times on the website too say this when placing the order dont buy from here i definitely will be passing all the information onto trading standards

Worst company to exist
One of the worst companies I’ve ever placed an order with! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I placed my order and had to wait three weeks for delivery!!! Totally unacceptable. I sent numerous emails asking to cancel order and a robot called “Michelle” replied that my order has been dispatched!! Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I asked to cancel and wanted a refund!!
Product was of poor quality when eventually arrived via snail mail!!! Will never ever use this tin pot company ever again.
Please save your time and money and DO NOT purchase from this company.

Do not use this company I wish I'd seen the reviews here before ordering. All these bad reviews are true and if there is any good ones I'd reckon they are fake. Ordered a beanbag for my boys Xmas, no dispatch notification or update. Many emails no reply... Then an email asking me to leave a review on my product ???. I've raised a dispute with my bank. This company needs closed down ???

I have updated my review as now happy with the resolution over an error by company. Just a shame customer services dismissed my original complaint and took two months for me to get to speak to someone who actually understood my issue. Thank you Sam for your professional and helpful emails. By the way, the deckchair is of really good quality and we love it!

Well I wish I had read the reviews. The website said delivered within 5 days!
Well I had to chase them up and got a maybe it will be sent Monday answer.
Then the shamble of Yodel..said was out for delivery but didn't arrive for 2 days
Overall my delivery took 15 days and I had to do all the chasing. Very poor experience.

I wish I’d checked these reviews first! Very bad experience with this company - ordered personalized flag for event on 22 Aug - told it would take 7 days - it’s 10 Sept and still lot arrived ( it’s now 15 working days not including weekends) and it still hasn’t arrived

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I would avoid like the plague! Tried purchasing an item for a birthday present for me sister. Money was taken from my account but no confirmation email or reference given. I contacted the company and they said the bank had refused my payment but obviously not as money has been taken. I then got the reply of "I suggest if you're concerned rather than write a review I would contact the bank and they will issue a refund". Absolutely disguessed with the customer services and how rude the email was. The company should be issuing the refund not my bank! Hopefully the bank can sort this out!
